My host is doing a scheduled upgrade of the SQL server that this website runs on this Wednesday, September 17th, so connection may be spotty.

I recently added a handful of Star Wars and other figs onto my Bricklink account. Help support the site and my new projects by buying a Clone Trooper, Watto, Jango Fett or many other rare and excellent condition figs.

With apologies to those who are getting errors when accessing the web site. It seems that Blackout is proving to be far more popular than I was expecting, and the SQL database is rejecting connections.

I had shown the Thomas E. Dewey at Brickfest 2006 in August, where it won best Steampunk Air, but hadn't actually finished building it. Well, now it's done. Yay!

Well, the Civilian Contest is over, and the winners have been announced over at Classic-Space.com. Congratulations to all the winners. This was a most entertaining contest, with many great entries.

The Civilian Space Contest is officially closed, with 103 entries received. I am blown away by the quality of entries received, and daunted by the quantity. Judging will commence soon and winners will be announced within the next two weeks. Thanks to everybody for entering.
